Current Initiatives
Read Alouds Program
The Read Alouds Program provides virtual storytelling sessions for schools and communities around the world. Members of our global volunteer network lead live story sessions via video calls or create recordings that others can enjoy at their convenience.
The Pen Pal Program
The Pen Pal Program connects girls around the world through letter writing, fostering literacy, cultural exchange, and mentorship. Volunteers are paired with students at Kufunda Village School in Zimbabwe to build writing skills, meaningful friendships, and cross-cultural connections.
Health Literacy Initiative
The Health Literacy Initiative helps young people and families understand health information through free educational resources. Our goal is to promote health awareness and support informed decisions about well-being.

Book Shipments Program
The Book Shipments Program provides books to schools, nonprofits, and communities with limited access to educational resources, helping expand access to reading materials and support literacy worldwide.

Warm Hearts and Wise Lessons Anthology
Warm Hearts and Wise Lessons is a free anthology of illustrated short stories designed to support English learners. Written with early learner vocabulary and discussion questions, each story is translated into 18 languages by native speakers to help learners transition to English.
Student Resource Booklet (coming soon!)
Our Student Resource Booklet helps make the U.S. education system more understandable and accessible, especially for students and families unfamiliar with higher education pathways. Created with academics studying education accessibility, it offers guidance on college applications, scholarships, financial aid, résumés, and practical study strategies.
